Luke has over 16 years’ experience in Investment Advisory, Asset and Fund Management covering international listed and private investments. He started his career in Private Client and Institutional portfolio management before joining Tadman (Pty) Ltd, the Investment Advisor to Tadvest Ltd in 2017. Luke fulfils the roles as Chief Investment Officer at Tadman and is involved in listed Fund management, Private Direct Investments advisory and Corporate Finance solutions. He assists various management teams and Boards on a strategic and investment level. Luke completed his studies with honours in Business Science at the University of Cape Town in 2008 and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2011.

Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in early 2007. He has more than 17 years of transactions and corporate finance experience having spent more than 10 years working in London before joining EY’s Strategy and Transactions team in South Africa in early 2018. Richard joined the Tadman team in July 2024 where he oversees finance and operations, with a specific focus on providing support to the Private Direct Investments portfolio within Tadvest Limited.
